I am always looking for recommendations when it comes to fitness because it is best to change up your routine every few months. A friend of mine was telling me about this Pilates Equipment he used and he really felt he was using his muscles. This sounds like something that I need to try out, so I am going to go to his gym. If I like it, then I am going to see about becoming a member so I have access all the time.
