Customer care individuals should work hard on their service approach

There are services which will always be a delight if they are handled in the right manner. This is why you find citizens choosing a particular company to serve them because it is where they find satisfaction and a sense of belonging. There are other companies which do not understand that this is what customers look for aside from handling their problems, a place where they can always come back when they have other problems and a place where they can also recommend their friends to come in case they are suffering from the same problem. I am a victim of such circumstances, and I am very choosy when it comes to the company that I would like to be served with. I am never really that much concerned with the price that I will have to pay, but the service that I will be paying for. The other day I was having all electrical testing done in my house, and I was surprised because the electricians never bothered with greetings but they only came do their job. This is nothing like ethics in business and I was disappointed with their services, even when paying the house rewiring cost that they did for me, I felt obliged to do it but not out of service satisfaction. All customer care services should understand that we as customers look for something more than a service, and that is why we end up choosing a company continuously if their services are good, as there is no point overlooking them for something less comforting and unsatisfying. It is good to have some etiquette for the sake of impressing your customer even if the work done is not quite satisfying as they will still appreciate it.
